Terms and conditions:

We are GDPR compliant:

​

Your personal data will be kept securely and will not be shared with any other parties other than your child's school.

 

We need your data as a legitimate interest for the purpose of running e2e TV clubs & activities

 

Your contact information in case we need to contact you about anything to do with the running of the club (cancellations/re-scheduling etc).

 

Emergency contact numbers & medical information are in case of any emergency that may arise concerning your child while the club is running.

 

The data will be retained while your child is a member of the club. The club will run with different modules each term or half term.  If you child leaves the club and does not have a place on the next module your data will be deleted after six months unless we inform you otherwise.

 

Please note that all sessions must be paid for in advance and missed sessions by your child will not be refunded since we cannot re-allocate the place. If we are not able to run clubs in school because of COVID guidelines changing, we reserve the right to change, postpone, cancel or move them online. In the unlikely event we have to cancel a session it will be re-scheduled.

If a place is booked and cancelled before the first session, we reserve the right to retain a £15 admin fee.

At end2end TV we:​

  • Run external lunchtime/after school clubs & extra curricular activities

  • Use our innovative digifilmix techniques inside the curriculum (adaptable to any subject area)

  • Work with schools to build community links

  • Develop children’s digital skills using innovative technology

  • Broaden children’s knowledge of the digital world

  • Offer commercial film shoots on location & in our green screen studio

  • Produce TV, Film, Audio & Digital Print created by young people

 

Club & Workshop Conditions:

  • In school activities are open to children from Year 3 to Year 9

  • Remote activities are open to children from Year 3 to Year 9 (or as stated)

  • Sessions are open to mixed genders and all abilities

  • Clubs are run at lunchtime or after school, either on school premises or remotely via Zoom

  • Registration is on a first come first served basis

  • Due to the current situation, clubs run in school will be in a Covid secure environment

Child Behaviour: 

Young people are expected to behave responsibly at all times offline and online. Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

​

Online Etiquette Guidelines:

  • Children/adults MUST NOT record Zoom sessions or take screen shots or images

  • Children must wear appropriate clothing

  • Children must not use inappropriate language

  • Children's backgrounds must not include anything that contains personal details such as their location 

​

Equality & Diversity:

Lunchtime & After-School Clubs:

  • 1-2 hour sessions

  • 1-2 Teachers, with KS3/KS4 children supporting at times

  • Children work individually or in small groups

  • Require a minimum number to run

School Holiday Workhops:

  • 5 hour sessions

  • 2 Teachers minimum, with KS3/KS4 children supporting at times

  • Children work in small groups

  • Require a minimum number to run

Virtual Clubs:

  • 1hr 10 min sessions

  • 1-2 Teachers

  • Children work on their own devices at home. A second device for the Zoom call may be useful

  • Require a minimum number to run

Health & Safety

Accident and Emergency procedures when in school:

  • Schools/parents/carers are asked to notify us of any illnesses or injuries prior to starting sessions, and provide emergency contact details for all children

  • If a child becomes ill at a session, every effort will be made to contact the school/parents/carers immediately

  • Any accidents will be logged and signed by the lead teacher and school/parent/carer

  • Children suffering from sickness/infections/diarrhoea must not return to sessions until 48 hours from the last bout of sickness/diarrhoea and are back to full health.

  • Children with Covid-19 symptoms must not return to sessions until they have self-isolated for the appropriate time outlined by the government or received a negative test result.

 

The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are:

a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

 

  • Staff include a qualified First Aider, with their own first aid equipment

  • Any drugs, medicines, inhalers etc. that are needed by children must be given to the lead teacher at the beginning of the session, with parental authority for use

  • Staff can only give medicines clearly prescribed by a doctor and not those bought over the counter. Painkillers and ointments will not be administered

  • In the case of a major accident and ambulance will be called immediately and school/parent/carer notified. A member of staff will accompany the child if the ambulance arrives before the parent

  • At least one member of staff will be a qualified First Aider

Safeguarding​

Staff:

  • All teachers are required to have a DBS

  • All teachers have had experience working with children

  • Staff will not discuss individual children with people other than the school/parents/carers, except for purposes of activity planning/group management

  • Staff will always have a register on site

  • In the rare event of staff/child issues, staff will be placed on appropriate disciplinary, whilst the issue is addressed

Parents/Carers:

Parents/carers are encouraged to feel welcome to communicate with our teachers. Parents/carers should feel comfortable to raise any concerns or suggestions; request information about their child’s progress; discuss any child/family circumstances in confidence.

 

We request that:

  • Parental/carer emergency details are provided

  • It is acknowledged that children will only be able to use mobile phones at collection times

  • Parents/carers are punctual in the collection of their children and should only contact the company mobile number 07402 703597 in extenuating circumstances (only monitored on the day of the club)

Disclosure:

  • Teachers are required to disclose any signs or child admissions of abuse (physical/mental/verbal/sexual).

  • Teachers will pass on any information to the school’s safe-guarding officer or the necessary official personnel.

​

Online Sessions:

Parents MUST NOT record Zoom sessions or take screen shots or images.

Images:

Images/moving images may be taken by end2end TV to use on their website & social media platforms. At no time will your child's image be linked directly to their name.

Publishing Rights:

Individual contracts will exist between end2end TV and other organisations confirming rights to publish and ownership of film, photographs, print & digital files created. If a contract does not exist, rights to publish and ownership of film, photographs, print & digital files will belong to end2end TV.

 

end2end TV reserve the right to use and share material produced during clubs, extra curricular, enrichment activities and commercial shoots on their website, social media platforms and with interested parties.

Please note that permanently deleting your Wix account erases all of your information from Wix's databases. After completing this process, you can no longer use any of your Wix Services, your User Account and all its data will be removed permanently, and Wix will not be able to restore your account or retrieve your data in the future. If you contact Wix Support in the future, the system will not recognize your account and Support agents will not be able to locate the deleted account.
